Dream of Italy Podcast #19: Italy Tourism Boom with ENIT President Alessandra Priante
The President of ENIT S.p.A., Alessandra Priante, was interviewed by journalist Kathy McCabe for the Dream of Italy podcast, offering in-depth insights into the future of Italian tourism. During the conversation, she outlined key post-COVID trends, highlighting the shift toward travel models driven by motivations and authentic experiences, as well as the growing seasonality diversification of tourist flows.
Special attention was given to the enhancement of emerging destinations such as Umbria, Abruzzo, and Calabria, and to the strategic importance of collaboration between regions. The discussion also focused on the opportunities created by major international events, including the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, which are expected to further strengthen Italy’s global appeal.
